Your certificate paper will perforate to fit in the back of the 8 1/2 x11 frame. Plaque frames allow the entire sheet to slip into the back of the frame. So no perforation is necessary. We suggest printing a test sheet before using the paper shipped in your kit. Follow the instructions provided.
